It's February 11th which means we are 11 days into this countdown.
I know that everyone is busy and to see that still so many of the house in the sand readers take the time to check out our videos every day.

What is #HITSBC16?
HITSBC16 stands for house in the sand's Birthday Countdown 2016.
Throughout the entire month of February, we will be celebrating this website's fourth birthday.
One artist/band a day is going to wish us a happy birthday and then perform a song exclusively for this sweet occasion.

Who is performing today?
The Antique Hearts.
They are a four piece band from Raleigh, North Carolina, USA.
Their sound can easily be described as a combination of America and Alt-Country with sprinkles of Rock.

Formed in early 2015, the band hasn't released much yet, but with the few demos out, it's already very obvious that the band's strength lies in storytelling and honest writing.
Their music is warm and it's inviting, we're excited to see what's yet to come.

What is special about this video?
It showcases the warmth of the band's sound, it transports the country vibe so well and it makes you want to hear more of The Antique Hearts immediately. It's yet another marvellous and passionate performance and I think we all cherish those.
